You can do it sitting at your desk taking a short break, while taking a walk, and it is great to do before falling to sleep at night.
All you have to do is visualize yourself meeting your goal. Is it losing weight that you are trying to achieve? Visualize yourself at your goal weight and how great you will feel. Do you want to firm up your arms and it is taking forever? See your arms in the shape that you want them in your mind.
Visualization helps to keep you motivated and inspired. You will get there, and with positive thoughts, comes positive results.
