Holistic Tips 2In today’s fast paced, crazy world, even the healthiest of people can sometimes get out of balance, and the most common place in our body to suffer is our stomach and bowels. Things can sometimes get overwhelming with work, kids, social activities and with the holidays coming up; well our eating habits may change, to say the least. With that being said, constipation is an ailment that you will want to take care of as soon as possible.

Thankfully, there are some holistic remedies to take care of this problem, quickly and effectively. Try to remember that moving your bowels is the release of toxins and waste, so leaving those elements in your body for an extended period of time can be dangerous and make you feel ill very fast. Some of the best remedies for this common ailment are one teaspoon of olive oil (this works best first thing in the morning an empty stomach), Warm lemon water (also first thing in the morning on an empty stomach), one teaspoon of Blackstrap Molasses (tastes not so great but works, and this is also great if you happen to lack iron in your blood).
